Health professional or related with interest in knowing and improving the protocols of interdisciplinary care of patients with cleft lip and palate, of great generosity and in search of academic, human, ethical and professional excellence.
BRIEF CURRICULUM SYNTHESIS
Curriculum synthesis (in any word version) that includes: general data, university background, hospital or academic headquarters where postgraduate studies were carried out, current unit of assignment, experience in the interdisciplinary management of LPH, number of clinical cases treated and documented , associations to which it belongs, lines of research, supervised theses and publications.
LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
Letter of Recommendation from the Head of the Cleft Lip and Palate Clinic (or the Medical Unit where it is immersed) introducing the candidate and indicating the time (years) of participation, letter from the head professor of the course (in the case of members in training) , addressed to the Academic Committee of the Mexican Association of Cleft Lip and Palate and Craniofacial Anomalies, AC
